Casino Events provides entertainment casino services for private and corporate events. Our services include:
- Professional casino equipment rental
- Experienced dealers and staff
- Event planning and coordination
- Custom gaming packages
3. Booking and Cancellation
- All bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total event cost
- Full payment is required 7 days before the event
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus processing fees
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable
4. Event Rules and Regulations
- All gaming is for entertainment purposes only
- No real money gambling is permitted
- Participants must be 18 years or older
- Venue must provide adequate space and power requirements
- Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits
5. Liability and Insurance
- Casino Events maintains comprehensive business insurance
- We are not liable for any personal injury or property damage not directly caused by our staff or equipment
- Clients are responsible for venue insurance requirements
- Equipment damage caused by guests will be charged to the client
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on our website and marketing materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
